How to create a new email objection to the Battles / Pelham Spring planning application…
Objecting to the planning application should take only
5 minutes if you follow the 4 simple steps below:
Step 1
CLICK HERE This will create a pre-formatted email addressed to the Planning Inspector and Uttlesford and East Herts Planning Departments.Step 2
Add your Full Name and your Full address
(if you don’t add your address you objection will not be valid)
Step 3
Add your reasons for objection.
CLICK HERE, to open a new window of Points of Objection to include in your objection.
Please pick between 2 and 5 of the reasons set out here (feel free to expand on these points) and include them in your email.
Your email can be as long as you like but please be selective about what you use. We are trying to avoid lots of identical emails!
Step 4
Send your email!
Please ask all of the other members of your household to send an email by following the steps above.
Contact your friends, neighbours and relatives and invite them to object too!
Your emails will be published on the Planning Inspector’s website so no need to copy us – we will keep track of objections.
